Ingredients
  1. 2 ¼ oz Coppercraft Gin
  2. ¼ oz Dry Vermouth
  3. 1 Cocktail Onion for Garnish
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Serve with a cocktail onion.

  1. 2 oz Coppercraft Gin
  2. 1 oz Lime Juice
  3. 1 oz Cream
  4. ½ oz Grenadine
  5. 1 Egg White
  6. Ginger Beer
  7. Orange Blossom Water
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice ¼ way full to collins glass. Strain cocktail into glass. Top off with Ginger beer and 1-2 drops of orange blossom water.

  2. ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth
  3. ½ oz Triple Sec
  4. 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients to a small cocktail tin. Add ice. Stir until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange peel.

  1. 1 ½ oz Coppercraft Rum
  2. ¼ oz Lemon Juice
  3. 1 Barspoon Seasonal Jam
  4. 1 Sprig of Mint for Garnish
Instructions
  1. Crush ice. Add gin into small ball jar. Add lemon juice. Pack glass with crushed ice. Take a spoonful of jam of your choosing and rest it on glass. Serve with sprig of mint for garnish.
